Delete Account & Data

We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your PistonFix account and all associated data using any of the methods below.

⚠️ This action is permanent. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your vehicles, maintenance records, and personal data from PistonFix. This cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Email Request

Send an email to privacy@pistonfix.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Option 2 — What data will be deleted

  1. Your account and login credentials
  2. All vehicle profiles you created
  3. All maintenance records and service history
  4. All reminders and alerts
  5. Any exported reports stored in our systems

Data Retention After Deletion

Once your deletion request is processed, all your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Some anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for analytical purposes.
